All N.S.F Cheques are subject to a $15 service charge

All refunds are subject to a $15 administration fee

Missed classes

Youshould call ahead and inform us of your child's absence in order to free his spot and be eligible for a make up class. If you do not inform us in advance, you will not be eligible for a make up for that missed class

* Make up classes may be made up any time during the same session as long as there is a space available in another class (we cannot guarantee that make ups will be available for all missed classes)

* No make up classes are available for class cancellation due to poor weather * Schedule is subject to change based on availability * Artyka reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrolment
